Mr. Salah graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alexandria. He started his career by founding a construction company and an agricultural company for exports. He then established Rukan Preschool and through Ethos International School, he continues to carry his personal vision of human development into all his projects, viewing the child as the raw material through which we can create change in our society today in order to serve our civil and humanitarian duties.

Ms. Mossad received her BA from the American University in Cairo and later received her M.Ed from the American International College in Massachusetts. An educator for more than 16 years; she was a co-founder of Rukan Nursery and Preschool and Ethos International School. Ms. Mossad worked earlier in her career in a diversity of positions as an early childhood, elementary and middle school Mathematics teacher in both the IB and American systems. She has also had more than 10 years of experience in management and teacher training and development.

Ms. Tohfa graduated from Commerce, English section, Ain Shams University. She spent her early years learning in an American School, and then completed her IGs in a British School. She is a mother of three children who have inspired her to pursue her career in the education field. She has had 9 years of experience teaching early years and hold a Master's Degree in Special and Inclusive Education, from the University College of London. Ms.Tohfa joined Rukan Nursery and Pre-school 2012 and then joined Ethos International School since it started.

Ms. Rasha Kayali graduated from Faculty of Alsun, Ain Shams University. Started working in the educational field since 2005 holding different teaching and managerial positions. She joined Ethos in 2015 as a Foundation Stage homeroom teacher, then a year group coordinator while pursuing further studies and receiving The Cambridge Diploma for Teaching and Learning. Ms. Kayali has always been highly committed, perseverant and has always shown passion for excellence, she believes that supporting and guiding pupils to succeed and have aspirations makes the job so exciting and gratifying, especially when those smiles of achievement are on show.
