The Egyptian Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology in Mansoura is affiliated with the Egypt Society for Engineering and Technology, which is well-known under No. 856 of 2000 on 4/5/2000 and has a legal personality and its funds are independent of the association’s funds and is spent only for scientific, educational and research purposes to achieve the institute’s objectives.

The institute was established by Ministerial Resolution No. (1314) on 05/25/2005, and the name of the Institute was amended by Ministerial Resolution No. (503) on 4/17/2006.

The Egyptian Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology in Mansoura aims to prepare distinguished graduates specialized in the fields of computers, information systems, management and accounting who are qualified to work and deal with environmental changes and are able to deal with the open labor market in light of globalization and the creative creative capabilities it requires.
