My experience covers all through schools with children from 3 to 18 years, as well as a range of curricula including the National Curriculum for England (A Levels, BTEC and GCSE) and international qualifications (International Baccalaureate and IGCSEs).
I am a Geographer by training with a First Class degree from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of London. Geography aside, I love languages and study them on a daily basis. English aside, I am a mother-tongue Italian speaker and also speak French; in addition, I can converse in Spanish, Portuguese, German and Dutch.”

Mr. Mohamed Ashour is the newly appointed Head of Commercial and Business Development of El Gouna.  He has over 17 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business development in commercial fields across various industries such as Real Estate, Retail and Oils and Fuels Industries. He holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo; attended several interpersonal skills and management courses with ExxonMobil Global Training and successfully completed an Executive Education programme at the London Business School, UK in July 2019.

Title:Principal of El Gouna International School
Maha Shenouda graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She launched her career in education at prestigious schools in Egypt, starting as a Mathematics teacher in Gezira Preparatory School for 5 years. She continued to pursue further education by obtaining a diploma in Computer Programming from the AUC. During this period, she advanced to the position of teaching Computer Science at Misr Language School where she distinguished herself over a period of 5 years with responsibilities including setting the curriculum of computer for all stages and training teachers on how to incorporate technology into their teaching. Maha then transferred to El Alsson International School where she served as a Maths Coordinator then moved to Dar El Tarbiah School and taught Mathematics for IGCSE students. In 2000, Maha was appointed as the Principal of Dar El Tarbiah American School then later established Solaimaneyah International School in 2010.
