Title:Headmistress of Europa Schule Kairo
Since 01.08.2018, Ms. Annette Vogt, Senior Director of Studies from North Rhine-Westphalia, has taken over the management of the Europa Schule.
After studying in Essen (chemistry and social sciences), Ms. Vogt worked at a comprehensive school in North Rhine-Westphalia and worked at the Center for Practical Teacher Training. She gained experience abroad from 2011 to 2012 at the German School Montreal. In the last 3 years she ran a grammar school in Essen.

Title:Deputy Headmistress of Europa Schule Kairo
Since the school year 2020/21, Sabine Husemeyer has been deputy headmistress of the Europa-Schule. She studied Spanish and history at the University of Bochum. After her studies in Bochum, she was in Madrid in 1992 with a research scholarship. In 2018, she completed her studies German as a second language at the TH Dortmund.
In the years of her coordination activities at Essen grammar schools since 2010, Ms. Husemeyer has focused on the establishment of pedagogical media concepts, the transition from primary school to secondary school as well as the schooling and integration of children without knowledge of German. Since 2018, she has been responsible for school development and administration as deputy headmistress in Düsseldorf.

Title:Primary School Principal of Europa Schule Kairo
The primary school of the European School Cairo has been headed by Mr. Uwe Schönrock since 01.08.2020. After studying in Munich, Münster and Osnabrück (mathematics, German, Protestant religion, general education), he worked for several years as a teacher at a primary school in Lower Saxony. Afterwards he was rector of the Johannisschule and later the Diesterwegschule in Osnabrück. Mr. Schönrock gained experience abroad during his 7 years as primary school principal and training coordinator at the German International School in Jakarta, Indonesia. In recent years, he has worked as a head of the school department at the state school authority in Osnabrück.

Title:Kindergarten Principal of Europa Schule Kairo
Since the beginning of the 2020/21 school year, Marie Schönrock has taken over the management of the kindergarten and preschool of the European School Cairo.
She worked in various social institutions. Among other things, she headed the kindergarten of the International German School Jakarta for many years. Most recently, she worked as a graduate social worker in the specialist health service in the social psychiatric service.
